Jeff is right. If you use the cord in the jack, have the volume pots all the way up (full volume) and switch between the pups. It will be off a bit, but give you the ballpark figure. An 11.2K (my neck high gain) would read 10.72K with the 250K for the pot in parallel with that pup.

Bob, the volume pot and the pup are in parallel so the pot alters the reading a bit lower (also a path for current). The tone pot won't affect the reading because of the capacitor in series with it. DC doesn't go through a capacitor, which is what we are reading with the ohmmeter - DC resistance.
