Thanks, everyone! It's prettier than I had dared hope...Sound wise, so far it seems a bit less aggressive than a 4003, with more bass; a very full and musical sound, but different (haven't yet started to play with pickup height or set up). The fret board is unfinished; the neck is noticeably wider than my 4003/4001, but not hugely so. Well done RIC, and thanks to Mike Parks.

Adjust the p/u's as close to the strings as possible and it gets more of the aggressive tone. It really brought mine alive.
