Welcome Graham! Just as a note, the "official" designation for Midnight Blue is MID while MB is used for Montezuma Brown. Because of the context everyone I'm sure knows what you're talking about...I'm just easily confused

Hey, Graham.... welcome from Oz!
GAS is a very dangerous thing - leads to all sorts of problems. Rick GAS is worse than most varieties because of the time it takes to get over it. Try to keep it in check, eh?
I see you're in Bellevue.... is that the one just near Seattle?

Although my Ric GAS is in check due to the long lead times, my Music Man GAS is out of control. I've recently bought a StingRay 5HH, Bongo 5HH, and Axis Super Sport! Every time I pick up my 360/12 I do wonder why I don't own more Rics, though.
Yes, Bellevue is just across Lake Washington from Seattle.

I was there in '02. Stayed on Mercer but visited Bellevue a few times. Seattle and environs is great!

You bet, Alisha. Lovely people, great bars, etc.... all the good things. Had my first (and probably last) Krispy Kremes on the way back from Everett!

I probably have to agree with Paul on that one....but Everett is actually where I am right now..."working" of course.

K-K has finally arrived here in Melbourne. So much hullabaloo over a bloody donut shop!!
It's about a one hour drive for me so I'm not inclined. I'm sure I'll refresh my memory when I'm in the US, however........

Funny thing Howard, there were people who travelled to Sydney, (for what ever reason), and buying dozens of these things to bring home on the plane to Melbourne - weird or desperate?

Yes, Ron. Desperate, I'd say. I could easily buy a half dozen at the airport when I'm coming home from Sydney business trips (like yesterday), but at that time of day I'm far more interested in an ale or two..........

I can see what you mean what a difficult choice - beer or donuts, (not!)

Beer and donuts-can somebody say Canadian stereotype???? Where's Bob and Doug MacKenzie? I'm not sure if this is an obscure allusion or not but how about bringing it back to Rickdom-did Geddy Lee play his Rickenbacker on Bob and Doug's hit "Take Off?"
We had a similar inundation with the K K's some time ago-"they're coming to Canada, they're coming to Canada!!" Big deal-they're donuts!!!

When K.K. came to Canada there was huge hoopla. Agreed Bill - big deal-they're donuts (doughnuts?). After a few months everyone went back to Tim Horton's anyhoo...
