The drawing of the Beatles in old age is actually from the book "The Beatles Illustrated Lyrics" by Alan Aldridge.

I've thought for years that he would look a lot better without the hair dye.
Just let it go gray! Or silver... whatever

Here's one from Vegas -- not too shabby. Probably before he read Heather's latest blurb. Ringo has aged quite well.

Ringo could pass for 50 or perhaps even younger.

I just wish he wouldn't wear the dark glasses all the time.

Jeez, I hope I look half as good at 64.
Second thought, wish I looked that good now.

I just hope he doesn't get a face lift like Kenny Rogers. That guy can't close his eyes!
I think it's just a bad picture of Paul.

Dang! American celebrities start getting cosmetic touch ups in their 30's (not to mention teen queens with boob jobs before they hit 20).
Then people rag on the pop idols who don't for actually showing their age. Macca would look awright with natural grey hair, methinks.

McCartney looks good for an older person, particularly one from his profession. Jagger and Richards kinda look like really old leather boxing gloves and they are lads two years younger than Paul. Have you seen Neil Young? Gadzooks, he's 60 and looks like McCartney's senior by years.
The picture that started this debate is common to anyone. Heck, unless the person is posing, they can be caught in a goofy face that isn't the most flattering at any age. That applies even to 20-something super models.
I'm amazed how thin Paul is. Back in the early 90s, he was getting a little chunky, so it's impressive that he was able to slim down.
Hey, maybe I can do that as well?
The wifey and I were watching an infomercial w/Kenny Rogers in it. I don't think the poor guy can close his eyes anymore. He looks very tight. Better not sneeze, he could hurt himself.

He doesn't look like someone who just changed the locks on his house...does he?

He looks great in that photo, even better since it looks like a candid to me.

Now that Arafat is dead I'm sure Ringo doesn't have to endure as many separated at birth jokes, which I believe started on SNL in its very early days.
It would be interesting if Ringo changed his look once in a while. He's kinda cheatin' with the beard. The fabs look was better than the Rory Storm era look. If only Brian was here to make him shave again.
Am I the only one thinking "man, if I had that much hair at his age, I'd at least wear it a bit longer!?
