Boy, I have Noah idea how this Quest for a better understanding of pickups has lead to the discussion of the Century. You guys sure know how to Chevelle it. Hyundai we will come to our senses and our ideas may become the 4-Runner of a new model. It's Skoda take quite a while to convince some but Dax ok.

You just Rolls off the tone knob a little, then you Porsches the three way switch to center, unless you have a Mini switch, and you're all Isetta to go.

You seem to have gotten a Real Steel Dave. As Lotec as it may seem, just plug your guitar into a tube amplifier but don't Dare turn up the volume to the Max. Otherwise you may blow your Vintage Speedsters.

Vintage stuff is my THING as well...my tastes reVOLVO round the OLDStuff. Gotta thank the BEETLES for their CONTINENTAL CONQUEST(s) that ECLIPSE most other attempts. VANAGON, The Byrds were a QUANTUM leap for Rickenbacker as well.

Opel-leeze get me Audi this! If I Panhard to the right maybe I can do my Civic duty and Segway out of this thread before they start Tacoma after me. It would be a major Triumph if I could get C. Hillman to help.

[now stop me before I figure out a way to include Amphicar and Goggomobil]

Guys, why can't you behave?...
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

Er... I'm back again. I believe this time it's for good. Most local computer repair/maintenance shops stink. I guess you could compare it to having some unskilled person do some work on your Ricks - the results can be disastrous!

Thanks, Paul.
Hey, that 21 fret 4001 on Ebay looks quite hot. Except for a couple of details, it looks EXACTLY like 'Jaclyn'. Will you pick it up?
