Stupid 12 string question.....

Eddier: I agree with you, the RIC 12 string set also feels great and sounds great. The final stage of the processing compresses and puts a smooth edge on the round wounds. I seem bent on using them. They are great for the 12 string solo on "I Call Your Name."

On Sunday, I moved the set of strings (factory Rics) on my 660/12 down one, and put two .09's on the high E. Plays a heck of a lot nicer, is better intonated. Playing a barre F doesn't hurt anymore. I don't like the unwound G, though, and four of the tuners are wobbly and weak, so I'm constantly tuning (it's a new guitar, came like that). However, lighter is better in my case.
