I've ordered from JustStrings a number of times, and generally I'd say that I've been happy with their service - HOWEVER, about 3/4 of the time they have been out of the strings that I've ordered (usually flats for guitar or bass) and it has taken about three weeks for the strings to arrive in my mailbox. As long as it isn't urgent, they're great.
For a specific recent example, I ordered some flatwounds for my Hofner Club Bass (TI JF324's) ten days before our short tour began in late September and the strings didn't arrive until the week after we returned - given the transit time, the strings must have shipped about two weeks after I ordered them. If I had known it would take that long, I probably wouldn't have ordered the strings. I mean, Thomastik Infeld is not exactly an unusual brand... although, they were the short scale set, so... Meh. Just thought I should mention it.

And to follow up, I ordered some flatwound Thomastik Infelds for my 1996 and they arrived just a couple of days later! Since I posted the cautionary tale above, I thought it would be fair to mention the quick service I received most recently.

When and if you order, try not to order just one set,,,I believe they have a flat rate on shipping and multiple sets are more economical.

I've had good luck with them on the bulk strings. Made up several full 12-string sets from some leftover orphan Rickenbacker strings and some bulk in gauges I was low on from JustStrings. Haven't tried them on the 370/12 yet though. May try some Pyramids I bought last year and then when those go, back to Rick sets. We'll see. The flatwounds on it now sound fantastic. I have tried the six-string sets and they are as good as any major brands. They package them in long ziplocks, 12 to a bag of whatever gauge you want. Good service and have received backorders within four or five days.

yes it is fine service especially if you're ordering huge bulk pile in plastic tubes. the quality
of their bulk strings is about as good as any other you can buy in fancy package. the tubes are definitaly more friendly that silly small packages string/envelope. who needs package for every single string? i only wished someone would carry bulk of flat wound strings. i would switch to them right away for all of my el. guitars and some acoustics too.
if anybody knows please please share the info.
