Can I join the group despite selling my CS? I owned #434 up until a month ago.
If you think all is going well, you've obviously overlooked something.

Hey Jeff,

Remember, you are a part time owner of mine.

A LONG time ago, you gave me the OK so ship mine to you should a hurricane bear down on me again. SO, if that is the case, #568 would be heading to you for safe keeping... that SHOULD qualify you I'd think!

"I didn't know there was a lefty 4001CS. Way to go Ronn!"

A limited edition within a limited edition. Bought it new in 1991, best $999 I ever spent.

Registnerd!
One day I will get the hang of this stuff.
Great idea and as I said maybe we could eventually have a section on the resource for the CS.

I think around $4500 is the going rate for a good clean example with a certificate Jerry. Prices seem to have calmed down a little recently. Of course, an immaculate example could still command a premium in certain eyes.

Hmmm,

Does anyone know if the MAN himself actually OWN'S one?

Did John Hall keep one for "the wall"? I've seen one in some of the 75th Anniversary Pictures. Anyone know if it is it ONE of the 1000 or a prototype?

Chris, you out there? Image

I was chatting to Chris Squires tech Richard during the intermission at the Union Tour NEC Birmingham gig.I told him about my CS and other Ricks and he opened the door to the round stage to show me where the guitars were.He said Chris had two CS basses as spares on the tour.
If you check out the Yesspeak DVD theres a shot of the basses on a multi stand backstage.Kris I just posted back in reply to your message about the date of my CS and its August 90.Cheers.
