On their website they do NOT use RIC pickups. Looks like they did that just for Lemmy.

The flame shaped body is carefully calculated to be butt ugly ... it has to be a pain for the right arm as well ...
I should have one of those flame basses listed on my web page on the "Strange and Ugly Instruments" section ...

I'm not much on "odd" guitars, but I actually like the "Lemmy" flame bass.
