Yup! (I should have seen that). Gee, why he every bothered to play any other guitar than that 360 is truly baffling. Maybe he simply didn't want to be seen as imitating some other famous Ric players?

I've always liked the song "Because" by the DC5.
I think it's a great tune.

I agree... probably their best song.

Very funny.
For those of us old enough to remember, the DC5 were a rockin' band. Great stuff.
And an alternative for me to my sister's (and all the other's) gaga mania over you-know-who.

Anyone heard Julian Lennon's version of DC5's Because?

What Julian Lennon album is "Because" on?
I'd love to give it a listen!

I love a load of '60's music of all kinds but IMO the DC5 are one of the very worst artists of the era, I still can't work out why they are still popular in the US! Seemingly more so than England?
Coming from the swamps of Tott****m Middlesex, that means they aren't even a London group, a but like the terrible football club from the same area!
Older guys who were about at the time that I know just laugh at them, then & now. Calling them a showband & worse!

I thought I'd read somewhere a while back about the Beatles being a little peeved at what they called "knock off" bands attempting to imitate "their sound"..... I actually thought "Because" and "Glad all Over" were the Beatles......way back when I was just a lad!
