"I did see them in Raleigh, NC in '89. It was a great show. They played on a Friday night at the North Carolina State fooball stadium. I will never forget that night. I also saw them at the University of South Carolina stadium in 1993. But that Raleigh show was special."

Not to split hairs but I saw them in Raleigh in 1990. I'll never forget seeing Macca at Williams-Brice stadium here in Columbia, SC in 1993.....mere miles from my house. I couldn't believe that he was playing here. What a surreal experiance. I bought my whole family tickets, even my parents. They loved it.

Kevin:

I was in Pittsburgh in '89, too, and it was a great show. But I think that the current lineup beats it -- especially after having just viewed the "Space Between US" DVD. I wish they'd do some of the Wings stuff these days, though.

I saw that line-up in '89 for an MTV taping of "Up-Close" at the Ed Sullivan Theater - it was also the kickoff to that world tour. There was approximately 400 people there. I stood less than ten feet front center stage - unbelievable!

There's a bootleg of that show - I think it's called "looking for changes"

Andy,

That was 1993. That was the kick off of "The New World Tour". I thought the story of Paul talking about Jesus Christ showing up at his door was great.

you're right, Brian

Still was a night I will always remember. The guy he is ragging on about his pick is me!
