I sent Larry the DC-5 and DC-5B schematics awhile back as he did not have them. Mesa dosen't like that these are posted. They want to control the schematics in case a change needs to be made. I don't know why they would want to change them unless a mistake is found.

I think it's Great. I know most manufacturers will send them to you, but it could take a while before you get them. Most sites charge for schematics, which I don't know how they can get away with that, unless they have to pay a kick back to the manufacturer.

Most sites actually don't charge for schematics. Schematic Heaven has been up for at least the last 5 years and he's never charged. You just have to look around a bit sometimes...

The only schematics that Mesa makes available are for amps that are out of production, like the early 2 channel Mesa Dual Rectifier. The 3 channel one is still in production so they don't share that schematic for the most part. If osmeone has posted a copy of a schematic that is still in production, Mesa tends to try to stop that....

Any decent amp tech could study the amp and draw up teir own schematic in a couple hours anyway.

When I called Mesa I had the schematics in minutes. They were very responsive.
