"Didn't he decide earlier to not sell? Temporary insanity............"
Wouldn't that be temporary sanity?!
Just asked my financier if she wanted to get me a belated birthday present but she reminded me she already got me the beach hat...

Hi Rob! You are closer to Chris than I, by maybe thirty miles or so. I have a house in Ocean City and a place in Annapolis, for when I am in DC. Chris is up in the extreme northwest corner of Maryland, just hang a left at Frederick and climb.
Hey John, my wife was just looking over my shoulder as I read your post, and heartily approves of your financier's prudence
She said she can't understand why I am not just as satisfied with just collecting photos of Ricks - and sees no reason to buy the real thing. I then of course foolishly riposte with why she would not be satisfied with just collecting photos of all these pricey new dresses and other clothes and furniture she buys, instead of buying the real thing.
And in return she gave me The Look.

Now I am in trouble, and looks like I am in for more than the awful earache that I have so far....

Sorry for that, Elys!! I was home yesterday with the flu and saw a Home Improvement edisode on "The Look". Any man attached to a woman knows what we are talking about. And I suppose, to be fair, any woman worth her salt knows how to throw one.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but there is nothing like the tactile feel of a well-made bass (guitar) in your hands. Remind her how that hand dexterity carries over into other areas....

Yeah, I'm afraid it has to go now. Situation has changed and we do need to sell it. I will have no regrets. I've played it many , many times and it is a great bass. Unfortunately, it is time to go. Thanks for all the well-wishes...

Thanks, Robert.
Jeff, unless someone else from the states bids on it, it looks like it's going to the U.K. ....
