Steve, let me clear up:
"Building" a C58 in this case means stripping the C58 I've got, routing in a matching F-hole to the 12er, refinishing it in BB to match the 325/12, putting on a trapeze tailpiece like the 12 has (or maybe I'll keep the Kaufmann; haven't decided yet).
Not building one from scratch, although I'm sure I could if I was into re-inventing the wheel.
I must say I'm fascinated by the current surge of interest in 4005s...I was only a fan of the WBs, but they are all growing on me now...

I'm refinishing my '89 230 in BB thanks to Paul mixing up the paint for me. I have some pics but it isn't done yet, so I haven't posted any until its done. Currently its drying for several weeks before before I start the final sanding and buffing. Its looking great too so far!
Paul, did all the BB's have the issue with the paint changing color or only the early ones? I wonder if mine will do that too?

So far it looks like many of the early ones have stayed blue, but ones made in 2005 are far more green and may have even left the factory looking that way.

Dave Pascoe, you've got my twin, except the cover went missing 5 minutes after I got it home, have no idea why.

Peter, I think that's the darkest Blue Boy i've seen so far.
