Oh yeah.......my comment about floppy Chromes...they are not floppy , just more of a soft texture after playing Jamersons so much .

Richard, I also play in a Beatle tribute band, I mostly use the Hofner but in my Rick as in the Hofner I use Labella flatwounds and I think I have a very nice Beatle sound. (you can see some vids in http://www.youtube.com/sargentomorsa)

I may be wrong but I actually think the Labella's are higher tension than Pyramids.

Hi Scott, I don't know, may be you're right (I lost the pack and all the specs), the thing is that until now I've no taillifting (Hope won't happen) and they feel ok.
