I use Martin Custom Light SP .011-.052s on my Martin - no probs at all!
The guitar feels easier to play for lead stuff, obviously, and although the sound does lose some bottom end, it's still bright and nice. Intonation and action are, if anything, better - so I'm pretty chuffed!
Although I do prefer the feel of my usual medium Elixirs. But i gather that Elixir do ultra lights as well so I may give settle on those in the future.
I should add that the guitar in question is my Epiphone EJ200
