This is how I should have phrased that: ...' And "we won't be taking American Express" ...', a direct reference to the commercial slogan only, and in no way implying the actual acceptance of any type of credit card.
Now to write that letter to the producers of "Ice Road Truckers" about the erroneous use of "methyl hydrate" as a synonym for methanol ...

As we speak, Home Debit is gutting my house, ripping out the carpets in every room. THANKS WILMA.
My home looks like the inside of a goats stomach! We've been waiting for this for almost a year.
HEY! I got an idea, how about we do it via cell phone? Gimme a call, I'll mail you a dollar (or whatever the tikcet costs), and I can listen via the phone!
This way, I'm KINDA there!
