Then we went to Huntington Beach.
At the Rock and Roll Shop - the latest addition to Darren's wardrobe:
The young woman, the stuffed bear and the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory seen in the pic below on Main Street will never be the same after Darren was there!

I'm sure it's priceless, Tammy. I'd love to see it! Monday was a fun day. I wish everyone else was still there to enjoy it.

I've been to SoCal twice and haven't even smelt the sea air let alone get down to a beach!!

Hmm, I live next door to HB and I didn't even know about it.
Aitch, you have to see the beach when you're in So. Cal! How did you miss out on that?!
If it's any consolation, I think the Australian beaches are prettier than ours, at least from the photos I've seen.

BTW, I had to make a trip to the post office this afternoon and took the first step in preparation for 2010, i picked up a passport application.
