Good things happen to good people! Now the trick, John, is to put the mandolin down and go back to classes! Enjoy it, as I know you will, from what I saw at SA this past weekend. ROCK OUT LIKE...

You're right John, and it includes some of my absolute favorite musicians: Win Butler, Sufjan Stevens, Levon Helm, Peter Buck, Mike Mogis, Jack White.

Aha, now I remember why I was so interested in the mandolin! Image

There is definitely something mandolin in the air these days. Just got my Epi Mandobird IV back from the shop yesterday after waiting a month to fix one fret out spot. I was rocking it through the Marlboro Lights cigarette amp I got at Haight Ashbury last weekend. Fun Stuff!!!

Who says college sucks? I went to the Citadel (before it was co-ed) and still had much more fun than I'm having now. Law School at UGA (was was decidedly co-ed) was "... dreamy." Just think, I'm 39, so I've got about 25 more years of this enjoyable work. Color me bitter.

Congratulations John. Now, spend a little less attention on mandolins and a little more attention on the control cavity of that 325 we were talking about!

Take it easy,
