I found where you can download and save the show!

www.wruw.org/guide/index.php?g=25&d=4

Where it say "archive" you will see '56k', right click on that and save target as... This will only be good through Wednesday, most likely. I think the bottom end is really heavy and the mid highs are a bit shrill but overall it isn't too bad.

I'm glad it is available as a download for a little while! Image

What I mean't was some overly eager student DJdroid (tm) boosted the bass EQ way too much.

Just downloaded it--sounds great, Jeff! BTW, what bass were you using?

This one:

'73 4001 with RI horseshoe pickup and TI Jazz Rounds strings.

You will find that someone at WRUW cranked the bass EQ up a bit much Image so you should turn down the bass on whatever you are listening through to get a better perspective on how it should sound. Image

I did not download it because it started playing right away on my media player. That tape needs to be edited to get rid of those annoying DJ's. Image

Great stuff Jeff.

I edited out all the fluff once I downloaded it.

You can right click and save the file instead of opening it. This way it won't automatically start playing.

Ah that will do the trick. Plus you get a bonus because you can get rid of that mundane chit chat. Thanks.

Great bass lines by the way. Very cool in fact.

Also, if you had it start automatically but want to save it, look in your C:\Documents and Settings\yourcomputername\Local Settings\Temp\ folder you will see the 70.mps file - once it is 25,898mb big, save it where you want to keep it.
