William Shatner played Captain Kirk in the TV series Star Trek, I would assume you got Star Trek even in your part of the world.

Personally, i only know him as a host for "911" series. Never seen "Star trek".

Whoops. He himself (i mean Nimoy) looks more like a hobbit (or whoever - unfortunately, i'm no good at distinguishing between the creatures made famous by mr Tolkien) than a human.
(and i'd better remain silent about Shatner's performance...)
