Thanks Paul.
Mr. Trott, a tip of the hat to you. These things look like fun!

Trott is a really good drummer also and we do have lots of fun at these get togethers. You live in Michigan I think, you should contact some of the East Coast guys and hook-up with them next spring for the MARF.....

Let's all remember this thread, including pics, the next time someone starts another thread with a title like, "Can you play blues on a Rick?".

Good idea Dale. My only fear is some of the beautiful hardware on site. Me at MARF would be similar to the lovely Ms. Lindsey visiting Colombia for rehab.
Was that a stock 381 that Darren was driving?

Hi J gary. I'm the owner of the 381/6 that Darren's playing in the video, as well as its twin 381/12 visible in a couple of the earlier videos being played by J dog. Both 381V69 guitars are original/stock 381s with 12k toasters.
I think the guitar is being played directly through a Kustom amp that is owned by Kenny Howes, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm glad everyone is enjoying the video footage.
I'm currently trying to edit it a bit as to make it more presentable....menus etc.

The amp was one of two Kustom amps that Gary Clauson brought

Oh, and the bass was hooked to Dane's Portabass 250 into a 2x10

Thanks Charly, I forgot about the most important member of the group, the bass player. That was a sharp bass, looked familiar. I think the bassman should have been a bit louder to control that doggone lead guitar fella. Those darn guitar players are always stealing the show and the chicks, except in Rath's band.

Those Kustom amps sounded great! Cheers to Gary Clauson for bringing them! The bass tone was excellent as well.
