's ok John. I'll never pull rank on you.

I have far too much respect for your keen eye and learned opinion all things Rick.

I didn't realize it was all open again.
I thought the consensus was to close – particularly the Sale and Wanted sections.

I just noticed that I'm way down at #14.

I've found a post of mine from day one of the forum!
Those were the days

It's great to go back those old posts. SO much more info is now widely available. Back then we were very much flying in the dark.
EG Check this post about the first F hole 4005 to surface.

Time for a forum nostalgia thread....

It certainly was different back then...
We were all still learning, and the 'net has been such a resource of information in shaping this board.
I have posts going back to June of 2001, but "joined" later that year!
Could make 3000 posts again too!

I will hit one year on this forum next month, having been on the Ric corporate forum for a bit longer. When you look at the members summary, you do see many "0" posts for newer members, but when you go back around one year in time almost everyone seems to have posted at least once, which is a good thing.
I remember trying to get plain old "rickboy" on the Ric corporate forum when I first signed up, but it was taken at the time. The irony is that I don't think that person ever posted. I don't see it listed now.
Looks like I also hit 200 posts on this one, so I'm now a "Member" as opposed to Junior Member.

Member 1088 here
How do you find your first post? I've looked but haven't found any close to the day I joined, which I remember posting on. And now they all say the latest number of posts, not the number of the post you made like it did before.

Just go to your profile by clicking on your avatar.
Then click "search for user's posts"
And you'll see all your posts, just use the "page numbers" and go to the latest page and you'll see your first post.

#8 here and still kicking from August 2000.

I don't post much but I read a lot because I know a lot less than most of you. Actually, I started when Peter started the News Group way back in November 1997. I followed Peter here. Jon
