According to "The Beatles Gear" by Andy Babiuk, John recieved the Guild 12-string in August of 1966. "Here, There and Everywhere" was recorded June of 1966. So, that rules the Guild 12 as being the guitar with the 12-string sound. I do hear SOME toaster jangle in that song, I must admit. It's probably a double-tracked Strat or the '65 360/12.
