I didn't even think about the back of the neck being painted when I bought this. I'm happy with it, but it is a world of difference, in feel anyway, from my Sierra. I have to sell it, but I'll miss it

And cute cat! My cat will climb into my guitar cases too, when I leave them open--cats must like the soft lining in the cases, LOL! My cat sheds horribly though, so I try to keep the case closed, even if the guitar is not inside.

The cat (aptly name Hera) used to really like the plush TKL case I had for my Casino. I sold that one for the 650S and the SKB cases aren't quite as plush as that TKL. She deals with it, though
