Around 20 below zero is a normal winter in Moscow region, and it's not the coldest region in Russia. 30-35 below zero is considered to be cold; still we have central heating and we're quite used to that kind of temperatures.

Previous winter was a real trouble, though: above zero all December and the biggest part of January and no snow until mid-January.
Of course, we didn't play guitars outdoors when it was 20 below zero, but even with 5-10 bz, it's a kind of a trouble cause the hands are freezing and it gets painful.

Wow - 28 is cold but yove got it cooler. I said how do your guitars cope.Never mind your guitars give me a pair of gloves!!!!!!!
