Sean, I've had 4 of these in the past 4 years, and all I can say is: aint'cha glad it's over. From your description, you had the ultrasound, hey? THat didn't work on me, and the details of mine will remain, er, unwritten. The stent is the worst part, and you should get it pulled ASAP.

To your good health!!!

Per the doc's instructions, I get to pull it out myself tomorrow morning. ugh.

Glad it all has gone well so far -- no need to give us the details of the "pulling it out yourself." There are some things I'd just rather not hear about.

Ouch, the old laser up the hoo hoo deal, had it done in 93 myself. Hope you get better soon, as I know the whole kidney stone thing sucks. I will say, the 15 seconds I can remember of the morphine shot they gave me in the xray room was quite wow! I was dancing like a monkey in the emergency room after nearly crashing my car to get to the hospital. I had just woken up in extreme pain and got in my old plymouth with the bench seat in the front, and danced all the way to the hospital, side to side. It's funny how people get out of your way when your driving from the passenger side screaming like a banshee. Get better, and keep on rockin.

Re: Star Wars visual....just watched that movie last night..did they go in "full speed ahead"? :)
Pulling it out yourself, well, if there was any doubt that you are hardcore, that just went out the window.
Glad to hear things went well, Sean.

Well, it was by Drs orders. It didn't hurt but it was surely uncomfortable.

Thanks everyone. Things are seeming to get back to normal but I get tired pretty easily.
