At least the p bass was worth money. The SX.. ugh.. i hope you were kidding.

ok.............chains yanked . You guys are great ! Got a huge LOL !!!!!!!!! SOLD the V63 $2899.00 but I do have a nice SX . Im keepin my name too ....................................................................am I really banned ? ...... :lol:

Darn Brian, that hurts, that really hurts,how your summer going my good friend, hope all is well, take good care and please, stay safe, you have a nice bass arsenal, was impressed when I checked out your myspace page, love the 59 fender, thats the year I was born.

As I figured. My SX '62 JB is a really nice instrument. It is black, and I changed to a black guard and also put the Badass II off the 4001 I got on it. Actually it is a nice bass - tuners are better than the reverse tuners on my '75 4001. Great tone with the original pups too.

Yeah John . I use my LPB SX Jazz "Dimarzio" a lot . Ummmmmm...........Go Rickenbacker !!!!

put a j-retro preamp in your jazz and you won't be able to set it down ...

Fenders are a bit big for me. Prolly since I don't play anything but my 4001.

Thanks. I was in Pittsburgh and New York for 10 days and I'm heading to San Francisco Saturday. I still have a home there so we always spend some time there. The Fender is a re issue, but it is still a very cool bass. I also have a Sting re issue and a Mike Dirnt re issue P bass and a couple of an American Standard Jazz and the 1970's jazz that they released a couple of years back. I also bought a very cool fretless Squier Jazz. But having said this, I still love my RIC basses best.
