I probably spend at least an hour a day during the week on this forum and Ebay, mostly because there is nothing to do at work.
I practice at least an hour a night. Lately, it's been mostly guitar and very little bass. I have band practice once or twice a week, where I'll play bass for 3-4 hours at a time.
