But can the .010 - .0456 flatwound set do damage to a 330? Sounds like most of the horror stories are for the 12-string Ricks.

That's Curt Mangum, BTW. I bought two sets from Chris at Pick O' Ricks a while ago, had the 330-12 restrung and set up with them, and the guitar is playing better than ever. And, the best part, it stays in tune! I was doing Townshend windmills last weekend on "I can't Explain," and that sucker was still in tune when the song ended.seanyfitz wrote:tension seems high to me.
