So, were you like hall moderator in grade school?

Congratulations!! I can't think of anyone better to moderate anything.

Thanks for your comments everyone.

As I mentioned to Peter, I feel strongly about giving something back to the RickResource Forum.

In the last few years it's provided me with many opporunities to learn about Rickenbacker and the fine guitars they make, share information about them and all of the usual stuff you'd expect to find at a specialist on-line Forum. But it also goes way beyond that for me. Since joining the RickResource Forum I have become good friends with fellow Rickenbacker enthusiasts from all over the world, from Philadelphia to Sidcup and everywhere in between. I've been able to travel and meet many of those friends in person and share stories, laughs and a drink or four. I now own many of the vintage Rickenbackers I once just daydreamed about. None of this would have happened without the existence of the Forum.

I also have a little motto - "don't be a bystander - get involved".

In the latest picture that I'd seen of Trotty, it looked like he forgot to dye his hair!

Pass the Chimay!! Cheers!

Congrats Trotty! The old saying "if you want something done, get a busy person involved" seems applicable here!

Is this a joke? First Howard and now Darren. You can not be serious. I know what these guys get up to in their spare time and I have the security footage to prove it.

Well done guys! I couldn't think of a better bunch of guys to have at the wheel.
