Welcome Bjorn Eriksson
Re: Welcome Bjorn Eriksson
Thank you for all the nice welcome greetings. After a very long time I am also back at work. It seems as if most things are back in a "normal" routine again.

Congratulations, Björn! I hope you are doing very well.
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS!

Re: Welcome Bjorn Eriksson
I love those winter scenes.
Unfortunatly, I know my own will coming sooner than I want.

Bjorn: From the photos below, you are going to have to find another name for your "sun deck." It reminds me of Dr. Zhivago.

Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Re: Welcome Bjorn Eriksson
Yes, Dr Zhivago was a very snowy story. I was on tour to Moscow in December 1989 and it was very cold. Not a trace of Dr Z and his party. They had probably left the scene.
I like the snowy sun deck photos; the light is different and the landscape looks much softer. While we slowly turn to autumn it's a reminder about the winter that is soon to come.
Just for the fun of it, here is the sun deck in June.
Take care
Björn

Re: Welcome Bjorn Eriksson
Just got clued into this thread.... Congratulations, Bjorn--it's good to see you back again!
Your winter photos look like they could have been taken in my neighborhood, but I hope we don't see any snow for at least a couple more months!

Great to see you posting, Bjorn.

Welcome back Bjorn.
Re: Welcome Bjorn Eriksson
I hope to be able to contribute with some Swedish Rickenbacker tales/sightings.
Like this one:
Someone told me that they had seen a "black & white" Rickenbacker guitar in the window of a jeans boutique (or similar) in the shopping district of Norrköping. Now I must try to locate the shop. If I find it, I'll post some photos.
There is one problem though...I can't seem to to remember who told me about this. If I can remember this it's probably easy to find the right store.
The story will continue.....
Here is some information about Norrköping:

Wow, I just realized the Swedish section existed.
Anyone heard from Bjorn lately? How's that guy doing? I sure hope we get to hang out again sometime real soon.

I also had noticed that he had not posted for a while ... I do hope that all is well with him.
