That is really nice!
I wasn't expecting the German carve to be so comfortable either - my 381 is the first one I'd ever even picked up, and I have to admit that it doesn't
look like it should be comfortable, with the big body with all those edges and the neck right up in the air. A friend of mine brought it over to have some repair work done before he sold it, and as soon as I played it he wasn't getting it back! It's the most comfortable guitar I've ever played I think.
