Welcome and congratulations on your 4003, David.

Here are what you should have found in the case besides the bass itself. L-R: Poster/catalog, manual, polishing cloth, warrenty card, and a small envelope containing 2 case keys and a wrench for bridge height adjustment.

Ask your dealer for them.

What store did you buy it in?
Long and McQuade gave me an estimate wait time of about a year.

I bought my 320jetglo new in 1982 at GC in San Francisco, and I didn't find any of those things in the case. I'll just have to enjoy Paul's photo instead.

BTW, welcome, Joe :D Some folks here have been waiting three years for their new Rick

Sometimes stores misplace things. I bought a brand new Stingray one time and they could not even find the original case. They gave me a Fender tweed. That bass is now long gone, but I still have the Fender tweed. It houses my 1975 4001. I liked the case more than the bass

Long & Mcquade Mississauga.
Its a Fireglow 4003 that was brought in from another L&M location for stock.
It just a fluke that I was there when it was.

The only other one I know of for sale in TO is a used blue one at Capsule.
