Welcome back Scotty - I missed you my mad celtic cousin! Hope you had a good time in the USA :D

Here's the pic of Weller - if you look closely at the sticker on the lower horn on the first photo, it matches the finish scar in the second photo.

What an anorak - I love it!

I remember reading (must try to find it again) in Sound on Sound that his Burgundy Glo 330 bit the dust while recording This Is The Modern World. Weller got fed up with a tuning problem and launched it across the room. Having seen him do the same thing with a vintage Telecaster at a gig, I believe it!

And Graham...MASSIVE congratulations on your purchase. I know that we shouldn't be worshipping idols and that, but Weller was/is a profound influence and to own something which he used so creatively must be fantastic.

Will you and it be at LARF?

Graham, are you going to have the finish repaired?

Where's that cool video of solo Weller from `96 in which he's playing the Wham! Rick while his fellow guitarist is playing another one of his Ricks, the white one, I think-I can't find it anywhere. It was on this forum a couple of weeks back. :? :D

Cool! thanks godber. :D

Is that Noel Gallagher on bass? Kinda looks like him.

I like this stuff much better than early 90s solo Weller; some of that stuff put me to sleep-literally. A girl and I both dozed off while at a solo Paul Weller show at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood in `94.
