Grew up on the usual suspects Geddy , Squire, etc.
Few alternates - FOXTON !!! w/the lesser known Weller
The Stone Roses' Mani Pollock'd no less.
and although many pics would suggest different (lotta Ric/12 in the Smiths) Johnny Marr.
That Squire pic is great.
Played drums for a Jam tribute (one time Halloween gig), and the guitarist had the Weller Whamm ric.
I've seen one other (kinda sloppy interpretation) , but this one was amazing . The story was that some guy had it commissioned by a friend
at Ric (Santa Ana ? ; is that where one of the factories is/was ?) , who had access to Weller's. The guy then flipped
it to a Mod collector (not a guitarist) who loaned it to our guitarist for the show. I hear it was about 4-5k .
