Love this type of shared art. Takes Bert the Chimney Sweep one step further! Seems after every summer there is another grouping posted on the internet - always a joy to look at. Thanks, Scott.

That stuff is alright, and obviously requires skill, but I've always been more drawn to the simpler things that aren't so gimmicky.

Saw a similar thing at Arundel Cathedral a couple of years back on a trip to Sussex...every feast of Corpus Christi (second Sunday in June, I believe), they create a pictorial flower carpet that runs the length of the nave. Smells like the ground floor at Neiman-Marcus.
Here's 2007's. The one I saw was much more ornate and impressive, especially since I was just walking around and came upon this by chance.
