Let's see...

1) Who Wants to Live Forever (Highlander, Queen)
2) Flash (Flash Gordon, Queen) - It's the best part of the movie. "Come my hawkman, DIVE!!!!"
3) Instruments of Destruction (Transformers: The Movie [1985], NRG)
4) White Christmas (Holiday Inn ...though White Christmas is good, too, Bing Crosby)
5) I don't know the name of it, but the theme from Conan the Barbarian that is played when his village is razed

These are the ones that stand out to me, excluding the songs from movies about songs (A Hard Day's Night, etc.)

It's hard to pick a favorite but i thought the Bangles did a nice job with Simon and Garfunkels' "Hazy Shade of Winter" in "Less than Zero".

I find hard to pick just one. However, this one would be in the top 10.

One Tin Soldier

Not sure about favorite, but two great moments stick out in my mind - The Jam's "That's Entertainment" in Stranger Than Fiction and "Star·lfur" by Sigur Ros in The Life Aquatic.

Also gotta give a big nod to Dylan's "The Man In Me" in The Big Lebowski.
