I finally got to watch it... very cool! Huck corrected himself later with the McSquire name issue. Benoit is doin a good job but has some mighty big shoes to fill. I love little impromptu jams like this - shows what it is all about - playin music and having fun. Thanks again Tony for the heads up!

Hey Tom,

MY PLEASURE! Anytime we can see these guys on PRIME TIME is a good thing in my eyes.

From what I can gather, this came about in a 24 hour time window. Not polished, not even practiced. I was told that Chris showed the KOJAK guitarist the chord progression about 10 minutes before they went on!

Sigh, it's going to be a LONG MONTH waiting for the Florida shows!

That was sooooooo cool!!!!! Squire is one of my all time favorites. I would have loved to have see him with his Rick. Huck is showing that we conservatives are not only smart, but cool too. If I got the chance to meet Chris, I'd be stammering all over my words too. What a fantastic musician. :D

The guitarists could have tuned up a bit, but Chris' smile during the (lack of) guitar solo is the best part .

Sorry, i meant "Chris McGuire"... and "BeNOIR David"

Whilst I agree that copping Anderson's vocal parts is no easy task, I don't believe lil' Jon's shoes are, in fact, 'mighty big'...

Man...I'll leave the 'smart' assertion alone to preserve forum decorum, but the definition of 'cool' must have changed a lot since I was a kid...
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

smart, cool, politics - yawn...

That appearance was to promote a charity and have some fun. It was no indication of how they sound on tour. I saw them four nights ago and last week, still buzzing in my head. Chris and crew were awesome in Columbus and Reading PA. Got one more show in Cleveland. Tried to persuade Oliver into doing "South Side of the Sky" to no avail :(

OH, I hear that Jim....here is how a normal discussion of politics goes in my house with my Father In-Law.

ME: "SO, what do you think about the recent elections"?
Father-in-Law" "BEEP 'em, BEEP 'em all............."
Me: "Ok then......let's have dinner......."

Discussion over.
