Brian: Dale is able to see the posts commenting on his work without posting here. His work on this instrument speaks for itself and has been duly noted. I would ask, however, that we not begin a discussion about him here as he is unable to post in reply. Should this thread move in this direction, edits would be required.

Man, I've really got to stop looking at these pictures of beautiful Rickenbackers. They just make the GAS even worse than it already is. On second thought....naaah. :mrgreen:

I have seen dale's fireglo paint jobs and they look just like they came from the factory in the old days.
Can't say that about about the other after market fireglos I have seen, not one.

Definitely a nice job on those inlays. :D

I just saw a pic of one of my Ricks getting the same treatment; fascinating process! :D
