Well, unfortunately David was right. The guy enhanced the pictures. Kinda ticks me off.....I think it's misrepresentation.....then
they hit you with a return fee if you want to return it. Anyhow, it's still a Ric and the wood grain is pretty nice......worse things could happen!!

Well, that's too bad. :( Post some pics so we can see what it's really like!
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I thought that was the case.

Is it against the rules to say on which site this little trick was perpetuated?

PM's or personal emails would be best, I believe.

Geez, if the seller enhanced the grain pattern with photoshop or something, then it ismisrepresentation. I'd be irritated.

Send us some pics when it arrives so we can see how much it's been "enhanced", eh?

In any case, I hope you're able to enjoy your purchase, because, as you say, it's a nice new Rick!

Has anyone else noticed that Rickenbacker has produced a bunch of great guitars with beautiful grain recently?
There are many dealers with lots of stock these days, so it is easy to see a bunch of new guitars/basses all at once. (Willie's / PM Blues / Music Zoo)
The FG 370 at The Music Zoo is amazing!
It looks to me like 660's are wonderful these days. MG's and FG's of all models look great recently.

I've seen some amazing figured maple on Ricks lately. Excellent stuff!

Looks a bit different, eh?? It was majorly enhanced......and quite nicely done I might add but it was misleading. I've got a beautiful new 330MG that cost a few hundred more than it should have......things could be worse!!

Justin....I think Jason is right....since we are talking about GUITARS here AND the EFFECTS pictures have, it would probably be best to share
that info privately.
