I'll add my Holiday Cheer and Best Wishes to All as well.
It's been a really exciting 2008 for me - jumping into the world of music, guitars, and Ric's. I certainly owe a lot to all on this forum for their knowledge and wise council - I've learned quite a bit hanging out here, and I'm sure that'll be true in 2009 as well.
I hope each of you enjoys time with your family, your friends, and your music over the holidays.
It's been a really exciting 2008 for me - jumping into the world of music, guitars, and Ric's. I certainly owe a lot to all on this forum for their knowledge and wise council - I've learned quite a bit hanging out here, and I'm sure that'll be true in 2009 as well.
I hope each of you enjoys time with your family, your friends, and your music over the holidays.

That pic is one of my favorites from a family portrait day we had at my son's Kindergarten, glad you all like it.
I'm anxiously awaiting the day that i finally have my whole family together, as my 2 daughters live in Queensland, and it's a tad difficult to get them both down here at the same time. It's never happened that the 6 of us have been together,so hopefully it will happen in March 2009, when we celebrate my youngest daughter, Kylie's, 21st birthday!

The fourth annual Trott family Rickenbacker guitar photo-shoot has just taken place.
In keeping with my new fashionable checkerbound glasses, this year we've gone for the Jetglo look.

Oh, Trotty, short sleeves, flip-flops, and boats sure look good right now up here. Milwaukee current temp -19c with 30mph gusts, about a foot of snow on the ground. But then we're used to the holidays being like that. But I don't like that! The last couple of winters have just about convinced me that a winter home down south is going to be needed.
