Yeah, I'm not a big fan of that band either. I was underwhelmed that night, at the wee age of 17.

Turns out both of my Ampeg 4x10s are American made. I had just assumed they were Chinese! Anyways, I don't use them, I use Ashdown... so seriously, they're up for grabs.

We have got to give companies some kind of incentive to keep jobs here. This outsourcing is getting worse and worse and the once-proud Made in America label will soon be a thing of the past. All hail RIC for keeping their products in the USA.

I used to have a few Alvarezes but sold 'em to fellow jammers in the teacher band who wanted 'em. No worries. That's what friends are for, really. That was when St. Louis Music was runnin' the show. Things just haven't been the same since LOUD Technologies acquired SLM. Customer service levels seem to have dipped a bit and there seems to be scant evidence of LOUD following up on their pledge to "maintain 'continuity' at St. Louis Music and build on brand strength."
