Are those 4 Fender Champ amps that EC is playing through? Maybe part of the answer is there. :!:

From The Concert For Bangla Desh, this has been remastered for DVD. This is an excellent concert to have, if you don't already.

Small amps when Mic'd well can sound huge, Cue the Layla Album....

I really think the herroined out Clapton is more to blame then the gear he's playing.

Too bad EC didn't borrow "Lucy". George may have had her around for back-up.

Lucy was there onstage the whole night. I've heard Clapton complain about not having the right guitar, but if you're good (and sober) enough you should be able to play anything and sound great, IMO.

yea, if they'd switched guitars it would have been just about right. AWSOME video.
