Thanks, Steve, but it's the factory that sets the standard which refins should echo. And with all the photos online, instruments in stores and collections and on stage, and no mystery about the materials and techniques used (available to anyone who can use Google!), there's no excuse for shoddy work, if a person is a professional, and not a "paid amateur".

And we all know what happens when a "paid amateur" does to the intrinsic value of a formerly-beautiful instrument...
