Ok heres where it begins Medway (right) a few years back was a curry lover and after the curry Brian ate he realized that he had no money and that washing dishes was not for him so the owner of the restaurant asked if he could perform. Now Mr Medway being the performing clown that he is agreed.Sadly due to health and safety Mr.Medway was asked to leave due to his clothes being highly flammable and darn right super satin horrendous. Now the poor man still is known to wear these outfits on a special occasion dawns them with his shiny forehead and remembers the times of his misspent youth playing Curry houses for a Nan bread and Chicken tikka`s.Alas this is all to true furthermore Gitta the sitar played found herself the object of Mr Medways affection and emigrated to the Falkland islands to start afresh with a man who didnt need to worry about catching fire with a satin suit on.
Bring it on Medway!

OK thread drift over and the hilarity must end.Kira this thread its a corker the trouble is theres too many great and really great bands in there.I suggest loving them all,ok its your thread and your the boss but id like to post another from a band that seemed to burn out of everyone's memory.I saw this band early 90`s and thought before they came on(I think it was in Manchester)I thought Im not to fussed about these guys and after the gig was really eating humble pie.A great british band that didnt really get enough rope. The trouble is there's too many great bands from the Pool...

Should be broken into eras.... but since my head is in the early 60's, I'd say The Swinging Blue Jeans
