Seems to me that the 75th Anniversary guitars weren't shown or announced at NAMM, yet they sold out to dealers within hours...you don't have to be at NAMM to place orders, hence the website announcement.
I, for one, will mourn the cool C58's passing...it was a terrifically symbolic and important anachronism.

I'm sorry for your loss Paul. But you are correct, it is an important anachronism. That is why I will mourn the C58 too.

I'm sorry to see the c58 go as well...what a sweet little guitar...feather light, very nice neck, great sound. For all it's foibles, I think I prefer the c58 over the 64...
