Love the features and trim and all, but the body shape looks a bit disproportionate to me.

Electronics by Rick Turner IIRC.

you shouldn't feel that way...it's not a can of worms, just some opinions are not appreciated that's all....don't feel like you have started something...you were just looking at something you thought was cool....

...yet. This was an unauthorized construction, as was its partner.

It is disproportionate to my eye--the lower bout is too bulbous top-to-bottom, and the neck too long for the body mass. The neck and strings appear to be shifted too far over to the treble side, although they are not, geometrically speaking; it's a visual perception thing that would need to be corrected.

IF the bass ever went into production, which it probably wouldn't.

Jaymi, the reason this topic got ugly before had to do with varying "opinions" on issues of intellectual property (sound familiar?) when the only "opinion" that's valid is that of a court of law. Anytime the topic is discussed, there's a chance that tempers will fray and verbal AK-47s will be unleashed.

[quote="jingle_jangle"]So there shouldnt be a problem right ? It would seem to me that unless its a dead nuts copy . No harm no foul . Besides we all know what a real rick looks and feels like .
