So typically 1968-69. As you say, Mike, it was a time of stylistic transition as focus shifted from Carnaby street to, well, you name it. The seventies became a fashion grab-bag. I found his garb fascinating and imaginative at the time, absolutely liberating in its implications.

Absolutely, Mike. I'm referring to the later era of mousse and spandex. I mean the really big hair!



Most of the early guys had long hair or big afros, but that's not the same phenomenon

I heard a couple of cuts on XM's Deep Tracks of the 08 tour the other day and they were great, don't know if the band will be the same but I'd love to see that show.
