I know, CJ, I thought that's what I was already doing here.

Speaking of computers, my first "real" job (c. '77) was as a foot messenger for a large San Francisco engineering company. One of my common tasks was to run documents from the design offices to THE FAX MACHINE which occupied a large portion of one floor of downtown real estate. They had this grand I/O desk too. It was like a palace with all these folks involved for hours in sending one fax with graphic resolution on a level with PAC-MAN. And wasn't I impressed!

I'm stll trying to figure out all the garbage on FB by just ignoring it. I don't have any interest in what survey means I'm what and pie fights and Mafia Wars. I do however like the format much better than MySpace, and find it an easier way to stay in touch with my friends, and make new ones. It was worth the effort alone to see the snobby girls who wouldn't give me the time of day in high school get all -well- I'm gonna be nice and just tell you to see for yourself.

Hmm, it seemed to work for me, I guess. After about 10 minutes of messing around, I finally remembered the password I had and logged in. Hmm, I'm not sure what to do with this facebook thing...
